After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the App, and the user's continued use of the Services will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.
1、Privacy Policy Note
In order to provide you with more accurate personalized services, when you use the Service, we may collect your information in the following ways, this statement explains the use of information in these cases, because the service attaches great importance to the protection of your personal privacy, before you use the Service, please read the following statement carefully.
2、The following permissions may be required for the Service
(a) Photo and camera permission application: The relevant information about the application hardware will be presented in the form of two-dimensional code, so we will use the phone camera function to quickly obtain information.
(b) Bluetooth permission application: Exchange network information with Bluetooth modules through Bluetooth communication.
(c) Access to approximate/precise geolocation permission request: In order to provide you with the service, we may receive your device geolocation information and relevant information related to location through the current IP address of the mobile phone.
3、Permission usage statement
(a) When users need to add control devices, they can quickly add and use them by using the camera to take photos and scanning the two-dimensional code graphics provided by the hardware or other mobile phones.
(b) This application requires you to open the Bluetooth permission, search accessories can be added to the device, and select the network connection to the external network server.
(c) When the application needs to configure the wireless network for the device, it will request the location permission of the mobile phone and obtain the WIFI information and SSID currently connected to the mobile phone.
4、usage information
(a) When you register the app account, you provide personal registration information as required by the app.
(b) In the process of use, the permission of "camera taking photos", "obtaining mobile phone geographical location data" and "Bluetooth function" are all necessary for the normal use of this service.
(c) In the process of use, the verification code will be sent by SMS or email according to the mobile phone number or email number entered by the user to verify the authenticity of the user, and record the mobile phone number or email number used for verification.

6、Obtain the IMEI and MAC address
(a) In order to locate software problems, analyze problems, solve problems and other more convenient software service maintenance work, keep the software active, and provide user experience.
(b) After the user agrees to authorize the software, it will collect the necessary information of the device and mobile phone during normal operation: IMEI,MAC address and other unique and targeted information, which is an important identifier for the return of error log data.
7、Privacy Information Use and Protection Statement
The application promises that all the above integrated SDKS are for the operation and use of the user, the normal data interaction between the software and the server, and the malicious collection and disclosure of other information of the user are guaranteed. The App will not disclose any user information to third parties in any way except with your own consent. When government departments, judicial authorities, etc. require the App to disclose personal data in accordance with legal procedures, the App will provide personal data in accordance with the requirements of law enforcement units or for the purpose of public safety, and the App will not be responsible for any disclosure under such circumstances.
8、Other
(a) We solemnly remind the user to pay attention to the provisions of this Agreement that exempt us from liability and limit the rights of the user. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardian.
(b) If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.

二、本服务可能需使用以下权限
(a)拍照与相机权限申请：关于本应用硬件的相关信息会以二维码的形式呈现，所以我们会通过手机相机功能来快速获取信息
(b)蓝牙权限申请：通过蓝牙通讯的方式和 蓝牙模组 交换网络信息
(c)访问大致/精确的地理位置权限申请：为您提供服务，我们可能会通过手机当前的IP地址来接收您的设备地理位置信息以及与位置有关的相关信息。
三、权限用途说明
(a) 本应用当用户需要添加控制设备时，可通过使用相机拍照功能，扫描硬件或其他手机端提供的二维码图形，快速添加使用。
(b) 本应用需要您打开蓝牙的权限，搜索附件可以添加的设备，并选择性配网连接外网服务器。
(c) 本应用当需要给设备配置无线网络时，会请求手机的位置权限，并获取手机当前连接的WIFI信息，SSID。
四、信息使用
(a)在您注册本应用app帐号时，您根据app要求提供的个人注册信息；
(b)使用过程中涉及到“相机拍照”，“获取手机地理位置数据”，“蓝牙功能”的权限，都是为了本服务正常使用的必要性。
(c)在使用过程中，将根据用户自主输入的手机号或者邮箱号，以短信或者电子邮件的方式发送验证码，用于验证用户的真实性，并记录该次验证所用的手机号或者邮箱号。
五、其他平台
本应用使用到的其他平台SDK
(a)为了兼容不同手机厂商的系统，确保每条数据都能顺利发送至手机，所以集成“com.alibaba”，"com.xiaomi.mipush","com.umeng","com.heytap.mcs","com.vivo","com.google.android"等库
(b)为实现WIFI版设备远程通讯和鉴权功能，使用阿里云服务平台，集成'com.alibaba','com.taobao','com.facebook.fresco(Fresco) com.aliyun','com.facebook','com.huawei.hms','com.aliyun'(阿里云;阿里push;阿里推送;)等SDK。
六、获取手机号,IMEI,MAC地址
(a)为了后续能定位软件问题，分析问题，解决问题等更便捷的软件服务维护工作，保持软件的活跃度，提供用户体验。
(b)软件在用户同意授权后，正常运行时会采集设备及手机的必要信息：IMEI,MAC地址等唯一性，针对性的信息，作为报错日志资料回传的重要标识。
七、隐私信息使用和保护声明
本应用承诺，以上集成的所有SDK，均为了用户的操作使用，软件与服务器的正常数据交互，保证不会恶意采集和泄露用户的其他信息。本应用除您自己同意外不会将用户的任何资料以任何方式泄露给第三方。当政府部门、司法机关等依照法定程序要求本应用显露个人资料时，本应用将依照执法单位之要求或为公共安全之目的供应个人资料，在此状况下的显露，本应用不担当任何责任。
八、其他
(a)郑重提醒用户注意本协议中免除我们的责任和限制用户权利的条款。请用户仔细阅读，自主考虑风险。未成年人应在法定监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。
(b)本协议的任何条款无论因何种原因无效或不惧可执行性，其余条款仍有效，对双方具有约束力。
